I’d go to them over RAC or any other break-down company any day

Since learning to drive and buying an old banger that’s been a bit problematic, I’ve called on Braefel Garage a few times over the last 6 months or so. They so so quick to respond and every mechanic that has come out to help has been really friendly and dealt patiently with me being a bit stressed out and clueless about cars. They always not only get my car started again speedily but have also diagnosed the fault, and then sent me a handy report so I can get it fixed. Also as a woman (and new) driver, I really appreciate how they don’t patronise me at all – something that some garages unfortunately still do. I can’t recommend them enough, I’d go to them over RAC or any other break-down company any day.
