I would have no hesitation in recommending their services

We had the unfortunate situation of breaking down whilst on holiday. Our breakdown insurers arranged our recovery with Braefel Garage and we are so glad they used this company. Dave came to our rescue at the roadside and moved us to a safe location. Very professional, and thorough and talked us through the vehicle checks and diagnosis, whilst ensuring we were all safe.

Our car was not repairable and they had to arrange for our vehicle to be towed home (over 250 miles so no straightforward task!) We were given a courtesy car which enabled us to finish our holiday and the car was bought back to us a few days later. All the staff we dealt with were professional, friendly and very helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services, and thank you so much for getting us home safely!
