“Whilst on holiday in cornwall the day before i was due to travel back home i had a warning light come up on my dashboard indicating a problem with my brakes. I happened to find the closest garage to me and the staff in there were so quick to help me even with how busy they were. They managed to get my parts ordered in and fitted within just over 2 hours! Alex was the mechanic that had found the issue being that my front brake pads were worn down quite a lot and needed replacing, he took great care whilst fixing my car and was happy to answer any questions that i had. Louise the lady in reception was very quick to find a mechanic within the garage to help me out and she seemed very understanding of my desperation to get the problem fixed before travelling 6 hours back home. Another mechanic Andrew also gave an assist with my car. The customer service that i received whilst at this garage was absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend this garage to anyone that has issues with their vehicle while in the newquay area. I left a very happy customer and they was very quick to get me back on the road. Thanks guys!”

“I was in a difficult situation with a split side wall in my tyre and no spare on board. Braefel rang me after looking on the maps at my location and guided me with the best solution to be recovered, given I was in a tight farmers lane. They arrived within 30mins of that phone call. Recovered my van and took me to a garage to get my tyre sorted. Great service, good communication and really saved me in a difficult situation. Many thanks for your professional service.”
