“Our car developed a problem with the brakes 10 minutes into our 5 hour journey home after our holiday. Our breakdown company arranged for Braefel Garage to attend and Andrew turned up within 45 minutes. He was so kind and knowledgeable. Andrew suggested we follow him to the now closed garage (Sat pm) He diagnosed the problem and said he could get the part and repair it within a couple of hours. He kindly opened the waiting room for us, offered us drinks and even had to go and collect the part after the company failed to deliver. We were back on the road a couple of hours later and able to make it home safely. We are so grateful for the amazing service we received which saved us a stressful recovery home. Such an amazing garage going above and beyond for us and very reasonably priced too. As frequent visitors to Cornwall, we hope we never need them again but if we do, we will certainly use them and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thank-you.”
