These guys were awesome

These guys were awesome. On Hols and gearbox in our XC90 failed. These guys were instructed by my breakdown insurer and are a credit to themselves, after the car was recovered back to our campsite, and then to 2 other garages to try and resolve the problem the decision was made that the car and our caravan would be recovered home at the end of our holiday. All of Braefel's agents were friendly, professional and prompt and made a horrid situation less stressful than it could have been, and they then bent over backwards giving us a car to drive home in while they recovered our car and caravan all the way back to Norfolk. If I lived in the vicinity I would definitely be using these guys as my go-to garage. But just want to say thank you. Perhaps I’ll have to arrange to get my car serviced when next on hols in Newquay.
